Rojo Grande

The "BIG RED" is on flavor overload with its unique combinations of red peppers and spices. Beginning with the dark crimson appearance, this sauce has everything you want in the flavor profile of a red-hot sauce. The combination of red peppers (sweet and hot), chili piquins, dried guajillo and ancho peppers enhance the color and add an earthy, sweet taste. We also kicked up the flavor by adding spices (coriander, ginger, garlic, and a hint of dried ghost peppers) that take this sauce to the next level of flavor town!

Ingredients: water, distilled vinegar, fresno peppers, jalapenos, shallots, carrots, bell peppers, beets, ghost peppers, garlic, ginger, kosher salt, turmeric, chile guajillo, cloves, dried chiles, garlic, xanthan gum, asafoetida powder.
