Emi La Rouge

We created a hot sauce inspired by the flavors of southern Louisiana. With a unique blend of cane vinegar, beets, shallots, cloves, and red peppers, this sauce brings the taste of a crawfish or seafood boil. It took time to develop, but we believe it was worth the wait for its distinctive flavor.

Ingredients: water, fresno peppers, natural cane vinegar, bell peppers, beets, carrots, red peppers, garlic, ghost peppers, jalapenos, ginger, turmeric, chile guajillo, cloves, kosher salt, dried chilis, asafoetida powder, xanthan gum.

Refrigerate after opening.
